Wilbert Jennings
Mr Jennings was born and raised in Grand Turk. He moved to the US when he was 18 years old and lived there until his early thirties. During that time, he married Mrs Christine Jennings, had two boys and served in the United States Coast Guard stationed in various places in the US. This is where he gained priceless knowledge on weapons handling, security, emergency response and many more skills. He moved back to Turks and Caicos in 2006 with his family and in 2007 Mr and Mrs Jennings founded Presidential Security.
Today, Presidential Security represents a high class of security professionals, from administration to guards on the ground. The leadership and integrity that Mr Jennings exemplifies is woven into our training and the way we work. Although he is head of the company, Mr Jennings takes a very hands on, thorough approach to his job. Whether it be checking on a location or overlooking a proposal before send off, to Mr Jennings, no job is “just another job”. He understands that each job is different and requires special attention to detail in order to result in a safe environment and a happy client.

Christine Jennings
Christine Jennings has always embodied discipline and hard work. Dating back to her high school days in Jamaica when she was her school’s Head Girl, she has lived in this sense of discipline her whole life. Similar to Mr Jennings, Mrs Jennings moved to the USA in her early twenties where she worked and at one point owned her own business. An experience that would later benefit her immensely.
Being one of the founders of Presidential Security, Mrs Jennings has played an instrumental role in the company since the beginning. She handles many different administrative tasks that help the company succeed. Mrs Jennings’ work ethic, discipline and professionalism make her an essential leader for Presidential Security. She is truly a “from the ground up” entrepreneur.
Jonathan has an extensive resumé that he has built starting from high school. His expertise includes customer service, hospitality and management. Jonathan’s most notable work experience is the founding of a moving company in Fergus Falls, Minnesota called “Move It! Move It!” with a tagline “The Trustworthy Moving Company”. This company quickly gained popularity due to his and his crew’s strong work ethic, reliability and professionalism. He recently sold this 5 star company and it is still the highest rated moving company in that area to this day.
At Presidential Security, Jonathan ensures that quality of work among officers is consistent, from uniforms to punctuality. As head of client relations, Jonathan is tasked with checking in on officers on location and ensuring clients are satisfied with our service. As head of business development, he strives to be a catalyst for company growth and ensures that Presidential Security is up to date on technology and efficient operational practices.

Edwin Tatel
With over 25 years in the security industry and more than 17 years at Presidential Security Ltd., Edwin Tatel plays a key role in maintaining the company’s reputation for professionalism and reliability. As Security Operations Manager, he oversees day-to-day operations across multiple sites, manages a team of officers, and ensures compliance with industry standards. His background includes expertise in retail loss prevention, CCTV systems, and technical security management, all of which support effective and responsive client service.
In addition to his operational responsibilities, Edwin provides in-house tactical training as a certified Marksmanship and Hand-to-Hand Self-Defense Trainer. He also supports emergency coordination efforts, client-specific risk assessments, and the development of internal protocols. Fluent in multiple languages and skilled in cross-cultural communication, Edwin brings both practical experience and a thoughtful, hands-on approach to security leadership.
